Companion Program

Senior man and woman in restaurantIn the Companion Program, volunteers provide companionship and regular visits to isolated elders. Companionship builds better lives for elders by creating relationships. Regular visits nurture the human spirit by providing mental stimulation and increasing independence in elders.

Companion volunteers make one visit a week for two hours or so. Time spent together can occur inside or outside the home.

Volunteers are always needed.
