Outreach Help for Elders & Caregivers in Orange

Tracy Gaudet is the Elder Outreach Worker for the town of Orange. Ms. Gaudet can visit elders in their homes and in community sites such as the Orange Senior Center. She will be able to assist with public benefits, health insurance issues, and access to services in elders’ home and community. She will conduct public education sessions on many areas of interest to elders. In addition, she may assist with emergency needs on a case by case basis.

Funding for the Elder Outreach Worker is from the Orange Community Services Block Grant. Ms. Gaudet will work out of the Orange Council on Aging office in the Orange Armory. Contact her at 978-544-2259 Ext 297, or 978-544-3481.

All help is FREE, personal and confidential. You may visit with Ms. Gaudet at the Orange Armory, 135 East Main St Orange, MA 01364. You can make an appointment or come during walk-in hours on Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Ms. Gaudet is also able to come to your home.

Ms. Gaudet has experience as a Community Health Advisor and SHINE counselor from her work at healthy Connections in Orange. She hopes to help people get over barriers preventing them from getting the support and services they need as there is lots of information to wade through. Ms. Gaudet lives in Orange, MA.
