The Silverline 2011-2013 is coming

Franklin County Home Care Corporation will be updating the Silverline Directory of Resources for Elders, Persons with Disabilities and Caregivers. This print update is done every two years. In addition, there is an electronic version of the Directory on our website, www.fchcc.org. This update will serve two purposes. First, entries will be used to provide information for the directory. Second, entries will be used to provide a more complete listing of information on www.800ageinfo.com which is a statewide listing of MA resources.

Please follow these instructions in preparing your updated information.

1. See attached listing for your organization as it appears on www.800ageinfo.com
2. Click Here Silverline Update Form and enter any additions or changes.
3. Respond no later than July 30, 2010.
